アメリカの人気カントリーシンガー Thomas Rhettが6枚目のアルバム Where We Started からのシングルとして2021年にリリースした一曲。
本人はこの曲について、「高校三年生のお互い違う学校に進学するカップルが、二人の関係の転換点に差し掛かりつつあることを悟っているという観点から書いた。僕も含めてみんなにもそうやって、この花火大会が終わらなければいいのにな、って思ってた経験はあると思うんだ」と語っています。
